Manglissier Sioni Sioni or Manglissis (Georgian მანგლისის სიონი; mɑnglɪsɪs sɪɔnɪ ) is a Georgian Orthodox cathedral in the region of Lower Kartli, in the Tetri Zqaros Munizipaliteti, near the city Manglisi.

The first church in Manglisi was built in the 4th century. The present cathedral dates from the 6th - 7th Century. In 1002, the fully restored. In 1850 it was repaired by the Russians again. In this last restoration, the walls were painted over with white paint, the fresco was destroyed. The painting is partly available only in the dome.

In the Manglissier Sioni cathedral are still the old Georgian inscriptions.
