Manila Bulletin

The Manila Bulletin ( Bulletin also ) is the second-oldest Philippine newspaper. It is published seven days a week with different side dishes, the format of the newspaper, the broadsheet format.

History

It was founded on February 2, 1900 in Manila under the name Bulletin Publishing Company. In 1959 she was renamed the Bulletin Publishing Corporation. The final name change took place in Manila Bulletin publishing Corporation on June 22, 1989.

Under the government of President Ferdinand Marcos, she served from 1972 - as all the press at the time in the Philippines - as a propaganda organ, which secured her survival during the dictatorship.

Owner of the newspaper is the Philippine media mogul Emilio Yap.
