Manilaid (also: Manija, German: Manja ) is an Estonian Baltic island. It is located in the Gulf of Riga between the Tõstamaa Peninsula and the Estonian island of Kihnu.

Manilaid is located about one kilometer from the mainland. The size of the island is 1.87 km ². Nearby you will find the islands Annilaid (also Anõlaid ) with a size of 0.03 km ² and Munalaid. From the port Lemsi on Kihnu from There is a regular ferry service to the islands. The islands belong administratively to the municipality Tõstamaa in Pärnu County.

Manilaid was first mentioned in 1560 as Holm Maune documented. Until 1933 the island was uninhabited, before Estonians settled from Kihnu on the island. Today there permanently 49 people ( as of 2006). 2005 received the entire village Wireless LAN.

On the Papina peninsula is eight meter high lighthouse on the island.
