Rivière Manouane is a 154 km long river in the administrative region of Saguenay -Lac -Saint -Jean in the Canadian province of Québec.
It drains the lake Lac Manouane and flows in a predominantly southerly direction until it hits the Rivière Péribonka. The outflow is regulated by impoundment of Lake Manouane. Further redirects a portion of the water ( 30.8 m³ / s) to the reservoir and the Pipmuacan Rivière Betsiamites.
