The Serra da Mantiqueira is a mountain range in southeastern Brazil.

The Serra da Mantiqueira extends across the Brazilian states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro. It extends to the northwest side of the Paraíba do Sul River, runs north-east for about 320 miles and reaches a height of 2798 meters at the Pedra da Mina. The mountain range, which goes to the Serra do Espinhaço, was originally covered with forest ( with the exception of the upper height range ). These mountain forests are intensive cultivation yielded by livestock.

Various cities are located in the Serra da Mantiqueira, as among other Itatiaia, Valinhos and Campos do Jordão, the highest town in Brazil.

The mountain range is traversed in the municipality of Bom Jardim de Minas of the Tunelão.

The National Park Itatiaia located in the Serra da Mantiqueira. The Trem da Serra da Mantiqueira passes through the Serra da Mantiqueira.
