Manuel dos Santos Fernandes

Manuel dos Santos ( born March 28, 1974 in Praia, Cape Verde) is a former football player with French and Cape Verde citizenship. Finally, the defenders stood at Racing Strasbourg under contract.

Career

Association

The professional career dos Santos ' started in 1995 at AS Monaco. After 20 missions in the first year, he ran only twice in the following season and joined the 1997/1998 season for Montpellier HSC. However, he was able to win in his second season with the Monegasque the French championship. In Montepellier he was for three years under contract and completed a total of 94 games. In 1999 he won with them the UEFA Intertoto Cup and the team qualified for the UEFA Cup by. Olympique Marseille dos Santos hired in the summer of 2000 and held the club for four years, the fidelity ( 98 games, 1 goal). National

Dos Santos was young players in the U21 France, however, he decided in the men's field for his native country to play. Dos Santos was national player of the Cape Verde Islands.
