Manuel Salz

Manuel Salz ( born August 6, 1985 in Böblingen ) is a German football goalkeeper.

Career

Salt plays in the position of goalkeeper. Before he was appointed to the Regional squad of Stuttgart's traditional club in 2003, played salt in the big leagues with the Stuttgarter Kickers II Further stations of his career are the VfR Pforzheim and the SV Hohenwart, which simultaneously was his youth club.

So far, Manuel salt was brought into use only in the premier league team, what changed for season 2008/ 09 the 3rd league.

In the first game of the Stuttgarter Kickers on July 26, 2008 in Burghausen ( 0:2 ) salt debuted as the new number one. He replaced so that the for TuS Koblenz exchanged, former Kickers goalkeeper David Yelldell. For the 2009/10 season moved salt to the Bundesliga's newly SC Freiburg and was there on the opening day at the home game against Hamburger SV his Bundesliga debut .. On 21 December 2011, he suggested to look for a new club, as you plan without him. Since then, he belonged only to the reserve squad in the Regionalliga Süd. Since salt at SC Freiburg after the expiry of the contract was made, no new contract offer in the summer of 2012, and he found no new club, he was first out of contract.

End of January 2013 undertook the third division FC Rot -Weiß Erfurt salt and endowed him with a contract until the end of the season 2012/13 with the option of a further year. However, he remained without use and left the club in the summer of the same year again. He now plays for TSV Grunbach in the Oberliga Baden- Württemberg.
