Manuel Vicente

Manuel Domingos Vicente ( born May 15, 1956 in Luanda, Angola) has long been Chairman of the Board and therefore supreme chief of the Angolan national oil company Sonangol. He has acquired a diploma in electrical engineering, specializing in mechanics at the Universidade Agostinho Neto in Luanda. Life
