Manuel Weber

Manuel Weber ( born August 28, 1985 in Villach) is an Austrian football player at the position of midfielder. Since 2009 he plays for SK Sturm Graz Puntigamer in the Austrian Bundesliga.

Career

Club career

Weber began his career in the youth team of FC Kärnten. In 2003 he made ​​his debut in the first team of Südösterreicher. In his first season he came up with eight appearances in the Bundesliga. In 2004, he rose from the Carinthian. After three years, he joined the newly formed second division SK Austria Kärnten in the highest Austrian league. After a strong season and the tragic events surrounding Adam Ledwoń, who in June 2008 took his life, Weber was appointed coach Frenkie Schinkel as the new captain of SK Austria Kärnten in summer 2008.
