Maranzana
Maranzana is a municipality with 283 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the Italian province of Asti (AT ), Region Piedmont.
The neighboring municipalities are Alice Bel Colle, Cassine, Mombaruzzo and Ricaldone.

The municipality covers an area of 4 km ².
Specialty
In Maranzana vines of Dolcetto Dolcetto d' Asti for a red wine are grown with DOC status. The berries of the grape varieties Pinot Noir and / or Chardonnay may be processed for sparkling wine Alta Langa. The Muscat grape for the Asti Spumante, a sweet DOCG sparkling wine with a low alcohol content and for still wine Moscato d' Asti is also grown here. From the grape variety of the sweet Brachetto Brachetto d'Acqui sparkling wine is produced. In Maranzana also vines of Barbera for the Barbera d'Asti, a DOCG red wine with status, as well as for the Barbera del Monferrato are grown.
