Marc de Maar

Marc de Maar (born 15 February 1984 in Assen ) is an Dutch road bicycle racer who drives for the Netherlands Antilles and since 2011 2010 for Curaçao.

Marc de Maar began his career in 2003 in the small Dutch team Löwik - Tegeltoko. A year later he came to the farm team of the professional team Rabobank. There he won the U23 edition of the German classic Around the Henninger Tower. The following year he won two stages of the major Olympia's Tour for themselves. As of 2006, was de Maar professional in ProTour team Rabobank. Since 2010 he runs UnitedHealthcare Maxxis for the U.S. team.
