Marc Jacobs
Marc Jacobs ( born April 9, 1963 in New York City ) is an internationally known American fashion designer who designs under his full name fashion since the mid-1980s. From 1997 to 2013 he also worked as creative director for Louis Vuitton. Since then, Jacobs focuses again entirely his own fashion company, which is owned by LVMH since 1997.
Biography
When Jacobs was seven years old, his father died and he grew from then on with his fashion-conscious grandmother in Manhattan, who lived in The Majestic and Jacobs taught knitting.
