Marcelina Kiala ( born November 9, 1979 in Luanda ) is an Angolan Handball.

Career

Marcelina Kiala was initially abroad in the French first division side Cercle Dijon Bourgogne under contract by which they participated in the EHF Cup. She then returned to Angola, where they Atlético Petróleos de Luanda joined. With Atlético Petróleos de Luanda won several times the Angolan championship.

Kiala belongs to the cadres of the Angolan national team, with which it participated in the Olympic Games in 2000 and 2012. With the Angolan selection they triumphed several times during the Handball African Cup of Nations. Furthermore, the backcourt player was several times on the Angolan World Cup squad. At the World Cup in France in 2007 she finished with 72 hits ranked third in the scoring charts.

Her sister Luisa also plays handball.
