Marcia Barrett
Marcia Barrett ( born October 14, 1948 in Saint Catherine Parish, Jamaica) is a Caribbean singer. She was a member of the pop group Boney M.
Life
As a teenager, she emigrated to the United Kingdom. In 1968, she went to Germany, where she worked as a dancer in a nightclub. From 1976 to 1985 she was a member of the pop group Boney M. and sang, among others, the hit Belfast (written by Dorco German ). After several cancers Marcia Barrett is with songs of Boney M. and own titles to experience again live on stage. Marcia Barrett lives in Berlin.
