Marco Biagi (Jurist)

Marco Biagi (* November 24, 1950 in Bologna, † March 19, 2002 ibid ) was a professor of labor law at the University of Bologna, publicist, scientists and policy advisors. He was married and had two sons.

Biagi worked actively in the planned and violently opposed by the opposition and the unions loosening of the termination right of the Berlusconi government with bodies as well as in the EU. His specialty was the Europeanization of labor law. The murder of him is of extreme left-wing terrorist group Red Brigades attributed.
