Marco Pezzaiuoli

Marco Pezzaiuoli ( born November 16, 1968 in Mannheim ) is a German football coach. In early 2011 he was briefly head coach at TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.

Career

Pezzaiuoli played itself among other things for the SV 98 Schwetzingen and Mannheim VfR soccer before he decided to convert because of an injury, to get into the coach business. So it was that he had already in 1991, at the age of 23 years, Michael Piwowarski received the opportunity to join as a youth coach at Karlsruher SC.

Karlsruher SC

Pezzaiuoli was from 1999 until 2000, when Joachim Loew head coach of the first team was, Youth Coordinator of Karlsruher SC and then worked as assistant coach of Baden in the Bundesliga 2. In September 2006, the football coach took over as coach at Southwest Oberliga side Eintracht Trier. This commitment, however, was short-lived: after a 1-2 defeat against then - tables Latter Eintracht Bad Kreuznach Pezzaiuoli was released after only four games.

Junior national

Marco Pezzaiuoli was in August 2006 as one of the aspirants to the post of assistant coach of the German national football team, but was then occupied by Hansi Flick.

Private

Pezzaiuoli, son of an Italian restaurateur and a Dutch woman, was born in Germany and grew up. He has two children and is married to the South Korean fashion designer Depending won.
