Marcus Agius

Marcus Agius ( born July 22, 1946) is a British manager.

Life

Agius studied economics at Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge in Cambridge, and then at Harvard Business School. From 1972 to 2006 he worked for the U.S. investment firm Lazard. From 2006-2012 Agius was chairman of the British company Barclays. Agius is married and has two children.
