Marcus Caeionius Silvanus

Marcus Ceionius Silvanus was a Roman politician and senator of the 2nd century AD

Silvanus was born in Italy and was the son of a Ceionius Silvanus and grandson of Lucius Commodus Ceionius. Another grandson of Ceionius Commodus was the Emperor Lucius Verus. Thus Silvanus was a member of the imperial house. His career is down to its neat Consulate, which he held in the year 156, unknown.
