Marcus Kink

Marcus Kink ( born January 13, 1985 in Dusseldorf ) is a German professional ice hockey player who currently plays for the Adler Mannheim in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. He is the son of former professional hockey players Georg Kink.

Life

Kink played until 2002 in the DNL, but also already in the 2nd Bundesliga at SC Riessersee and finally moved to the beginning of the 2002 /03 to the Cologne Sharks, who used him in the EV Duisburg in the 2. 2004 wrote the left winger a contract with the Adler Mannheim, with whom he won both the German Ice Hockey Cup and the German Cup in the 2006/07 season. In November 2009, Kink prematurely extended his contract for another three years until 2013 and is therefore in the service of Adler Mannheim. On November 25, 2013, he played against Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers DEL his 600th game.

Since 2004 Kink also part of the team of the German national team.

His older brother George also plays hockey. His father is the former ice hockey player and coach Georg Kink.
