Marek Antoni Nowicki

Marek Antoni Nowicki (* 1953 in Siemiatycze ) is a Polish lawyer, diplomat and human rights activist. He is chairman of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.

Nowicki was President of the International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights and Ombudsman of Kosovo zwischen 2000 and 2005. As a member of the European Human Rights Commission he worked from 1993 to 1999.
