Marek Rutkiewicz

Marek Rutkiewicz (born 8 May 1981) is a Polish cyclist.

Marek Rutkiewicz began his career in 2001 with the French cycling team Cofidis. His first good result he achieved in the Tour of Poland in 2002, where he was third overall. In the next and the next year he made it back in the top five. He also finished second at the GP de Wallonie.

In 2004 he moved to the Polish team action ATI and worked for smaller Polish teams in the coming years. He was fifth in the Sachsen Tour and eighth at the now belonging to the ProTour Tour of Poland 2005. A year later he improved to fourth place. In the years 2010 to 2012, he was in each Polish Bergmeister.
