Marek Vorel

Marek Borel ( born August 27, 1977 in Brno, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech ice hockey player who plays since December 2011 the Kassel Huskies in the hockey league.

Career

Marek Borel began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior section of the HC Kometa Brno, for the first team, he made his debut in the Czech Extraliga during the season 1995/96. In his rookie year he went with his team in the first league, the second Czech league, from. In this the attacker the breakthrough came in the 1996/97 season in professional hockey when he scored in 51 games for the HC Kometa 34 scorer points, including 21 goals. From 1997 to 1999 he was the HC Kladno of the Extraliga under contract, while still aground in parallel for the HC Kometa Brno in the first league. In addition, he came in the 1997/98 season to seven inserts for Kladno Extraliga competitors HC Zlín and prepared it before three goals. For the 2009/10 season Borel returned to his hometown club HC Kometa Brno, who had in the meantime reached the resurgence in the Extraliga. Internationally

For Borel Czech Republic took part in the Under-18 European Junior Championships in 1995 and 2003 at the Euro Hockey Tour in part.
