Margit Osterloh

Margit Osterloh ( born July 23, 1943 in Brandenburg an der Havel ) is a German economist.

Life

Osterloh doctorate in 1981 at the Free University of Berlin and habilitated in 1990 at the University of Erlangen -Nuremberg in Horst Steinmann. Since 1991 she is Associate Professor of Business Administration at the University of Zurich, since 2010 at the University of Warwick and a visiting professor at Zeppelin University.

In August 2012, Osterloh starts together with Alfred Kieser a call to other business professors to boycott the forthcoming new edition of Handelsblatt MBAs ranking. After the Handelsblatt reported in a blog post on this call Kieser and Osterloh, position took both professors in one of them newly created Internet blog to the representation of the journalist.
