Margot Kidder

Margot Kidder ( born October 17, 1948 in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories; actually Margaret Ruth Kidder ) is a Canadian actress.

Life and achievements

Her parents were called Jill and Kendall Kidder. She is the aunt of actress Janet Kidder. With twelve years Margot Kidder had a total of eleven change of school behind. She was temporarily depressed and thought about suicide at age fourteen. Her parents sent her to a boarding school, where she made her first experiences with acting and played the female lead in Romeo and Juliet.

After graduation she moved to Los Angeles to begin an acting career. A Canadian Agent, she discovered, and so she got a movie role in the comedy Gaily, Gaily has from the year 1969. A year later, she got the first lead role alongside Hollywood legend Gene Wilder in the film Quackser Fortune 'nen cousin in the Bronx.
