Margrethe Vestager

Margrethe Vestager ( born April 13, 1968 in Glostrup ) is a Danish politician, the social-liberal party Det Radical Venstre (RV).

Life

From 1993 to 1997 she was the successor of Grethe Erichsen leader of the RV. 23 March 1998 to 27 November 2001, as the successor of Vestager Ole Vig Jensen Minister of Education, to December 21, 2000, the church ministry fell into their business.

On 15 June 2007 triggered Vestager Marianne Jelved from as parliamentary leader and party leader. Since the successful general election in 2011, she directs the Economic and Ministry of Interior in the Cabinet Thorning-Schmidt I and Thorning- Schmidt II

Vestager is married to Thomas Jensen and has three children.
