Maria Tipo

Maria Tipo ( born December 23, 1931 in Naples) is an Italian pianist.

Life

Her mother, Ersilia Cavallo, a pupil of Ferruccio Busoni, taught her to play the piano. Maria Tipo was taught connecting from Alfredo Casella and Guido Agosti.

At the age of seventeen, she won the International Piano Price in Geneva.
