MarÃa Valverde
María Valverde Rodríguez ( born March 24, 1987 in Madrid) is a Spanish actress.
In 2003 she made her debut at the age of 16 years with the film La flaqueza del Bolchevique ( The stranger in the park). For this leading role alongside Luis Tosar she was awarded the 2004 Goya for best young actress. Subsequently, she played the lead role in Melissa P. ( 2005), which Lucrezia Borgia Los Borgia (2006 ) (The Borgias ), next to Juan José Ballesta in Ladrones ( 2007) ( thieves ) and next Leonardo Sbaraglia in King of the Hill (2007 ) by Gonzalo López- Gallego.
Maria Valverde has been dating the Spanish actor Mario Casas, with whom she shared the lead role in 3msc.
