Marianne Curley

Marianne Curley ( born May 20, 1959 in Windsor, New South Wales) is an Australian children's author.

Life

Marianne Curley grew up in a suburb of Sydney and was early to the book lover. The age of nine she was responsible for the school library. After school, she worked in 1976 initially for five years as a secretary in a law firm, got married and became a mother of three children.

Then she discovered writing for himself, took writing courses and published her first novel specifically for young readers. Meanwhile, she has written four novels, in various languages ​​- have been translated - including into German.
