Marie-Christine Blandin

Marie -Christine Blandin ( born September 22, 1952 in Roubaix ) is a French politician of the Green Party. Currently she is a Senator.

Blandin came at the 1984 French Open. From 1992 to 1998 she was president of the Regional Council of Nord-Pas- de -Calais. Since September 2001 she has been Senator of the department of Nord and a member of the Committee on Cultural Affairs and the Parliamentary Office for the evaluation of scientific and technological choices ( a joint committee of the National Assembly and the Senate, who informed the Parliament about the consequences of scientific and technological options).

Blandin is a member of the Socialist Group in the Senate.
