Marie-Hélène Aubert

Marie -Hélène Aubert ( born November 16, 1955 in Nantes ) is a French politician of the party Les Verts (The Greens).

Life

From 1997 to 2002 she was deputy of the department of Eure- et- Loir and Vice -President of the National Assembly of 2001 to 2002.

Since she was in the fall of 2002 for the Green Party in the Congress of Nantes, led by Christophe Porquier the renewal movement now ( maintenant renovation ). She was of the Green Party was elected to it in June 2004 in the European Parliament, which she served until 2009.

On 13 June 2004, she led the list Les Verts in the western constituency (Bretagne, Pays de la Loire and Poitou -Charentes ), and was elected for that constituency in the European Parliament.

She is the author of the report Les OGM, pour quoi faire? (2000) and rapporteur of the Kyoto Protocol.
