Marie-Luise Marjan
Marie -Luise Marjan ( born August 9, 1940 in Essen; actually Marlies Wienkötter, adoptive name Marlies lice ) is a German actress. She is known primarily for her role as " Mary Gordon " in the television series linden street.
Life
Marlies Wienkötter was raised by her biological mother, who Gladbeckerin Hildegard Wienkötter (* October 30, 1920, † May 14, 2004 ), given immediately after their birth in an orphanage. Even as a small child came Marlies Wienkötter to Hattingen (Nordrhein- Westfalen) to foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hanni and Emil lice, she was eventually adopted by her foster parents on March 2, 1949 and got their family name. The birth mother emigrated in 1956 to Canada.
She grew up in Hattingen and attended the local grammar school for girls, where she presented her acting talent early on in school plays demonstrate, under the direction of their music teacher Otto Daube ( Richard -Wagner- trailer). After high school she attended from 1958 to 1960, the University of Music and Theatre in Hamburg with Professor Eduard Marks. From 1960 to 1982 she was consistently engaged in major theaters: Comedy Basel, 1961 to 1965 Baden State Theatre Karlsruhe, 1965 to 1967 stages of the city of Bonn, 1967-1979 Schauspielhaus Bochum, 1979 Freie Volksbühne Berlin and from 1982 to 1983 Thalia Theatre in Hamburg. In addition, she graduated from Lee Strasberg seminars in Hollywood, Paris and Hamburg.

Marie -Luise Marjan lives in Cologne. She has a five year younger half brother named Gunther Grimm, who lives in the Allgäu. From his existence she learned at the age of 67 years in the course of research for the ARD documentary series " The secret of my family."
