Marieluise Claudius
Marie Luise Claudius ( born January 6, 1912 in Meiningen, † August 2, 1941 in Berlin) was a German actress.
Life
Marie Luise Claudius was the daughter of the court actor and writer Erich Claudius and actress Lisbeth Reschke. Among her ancestors counted Matthias Claudius. Already in her childhood, she was several times on the stage of the Meiningen Theatre. Her first engagement was in 1932 in Dusseldorf under Bruno Walter Iltz.
At the age of 29 years Claudius died of heart failure and was buried in the New Cemetery Wannsee in Berlin. The grave is untraceable.
