Marijo Marić

Marijo Marić ( born January 12, 1977 in Heilbronn) is a Croatian football player.

Marijo Marić began ESV Heilbronn Heilbronn and VfR playing football. Marić then played in his career for the TSF Ditzingen, VfB Stuttgart (1996/ 97), SV Waldhof Mannheim ( 1997), VfR Heilbronn ( 1998), SSV Reutlingen 05 ( 1998-1999), VfL Bochum (1999 - 2002), the FC Kärnten (2002 - 2004), Arminia Bielefeld (2004), Eintracht Trier (2004 - 2005), SpVgg Unterhaching ( 2005).

Since early 2006, he was VfR Aalen under contract. There he suffered a herniated disc in November 2008. On 22 December 2008 it was announced that the contract is terminated at the end.

In the spring of 2010 he took over as player-coach, the Union Böckingen in the district league lowlands. Holte in the first year the championship and the following year the runner-up. Founded in 2010 its own football school in Heilbronn.

From 2002 to 2004, he played eight games for Croatia, while scored a goal.
