Marin Hinkle

Marin Elizabeth Hinkle ( born March 23, 1966 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania ) is an American actress.

Acting Career

Marin Hinkle gave her television debut in the U.S. soap opera Another World. Her breakthrough celebrates with the series Once and Again, which aired from 1999 to 2002. In the following years she had recurrent guest appearances on popular American TV shows such as Law & Order, Without a Trace - disappeared without a trace, Emergency Room - The emergency room and Dr. House. In addition, they also had some minor film roles, she worked among others in I'm Not Rappaport, Dark Blue, and I'm with Sam.

Since 2003 she has been in the U.S. sitcom Two and a Half Men as Judith Harper to see the ex-wife of Alan (Jon Cryer ).

Private

Hinkle is the daughter of Margaret R. ( Polga ) Hinkle, Justice of the Superior Court of Massachusetts, and the Dean Rodney Hinkle.

Hinkle studied both at the prestigious Brown University and at New York University. She is married to Randall Sommer since 1998. The couple has one child.
