Mario Caserini
Mario Caserini ( born November 17, 1874 in Rome, † November 17, 1920 ) was an Italian film director, actor and screenwriter.
Life
His film debut was Caserini 1906. In the early days of the Italian cinema, he was one of the busiest directors and created numerous historical and literary adaptations. His best known work is the epic film The Last Days of Pompeii from the year 1913.
