Marisa Masullo

Marisa Masullo ( born May 8, 1959 in Milan ) is an Italian former sprinter.

In 1979 she won at the Mediterranean Games gold over 200 m and silver over 100 meters. At the Olympic Games in 1980, it reached more than 100 m and 200 m the quarter-finals, and in 1981 she won the 200m silver medal at the Universiade

In 1983 she won at the Indoor Athletics Championships in Budapest Bronze 60 m, was about 200 m at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki and won the semi-finals at the Mediterranean Games silver over 100 meters and bronze over 200m.

At the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles, she penetrated more than 200 m before the semi-finals and finished with the Italian team in the 4 x 400 - meter relay team to sixth place.

In 1987, she reached over 100 m at the World Championships in Rome from the quarter-finals and won the 200m gold medal at the Mediterranean Games. At the Olympic Games in Seoul in 1988 she left about 100 m in advance, about 200 m in the quarterfinals and in the 4 x 100 - meter relay team in the semifinals.

In 1991 she defended at the Mediterranean Games their title over 200 meters. At the World Championships in Tokyo, she reached over this distance the quarter-finals and came up with the Italian team in the 4 x 100 - meter relay team to seventh place.

Eleven sent national master over 100 m ( 1980 to 1985, 1987, 1988, 1990-1992) and ten times more than 200 m (1978, 1980-1983, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1990, 1992). In the hall she took six national titles over 60 m (1979, 1981, 1983, 1985, 1991, 1993 ) and three over 200 m ( 1980, 1984, 1988).
