Marit Malm Frafjord ( born November 25, 1985 in Tromsø, Norway) is a Norwegian handball player. She plays with Viborg HK and the Norwegian national handball team.

Frafjord started playing handball at Rapp. At age 16, the former backcourt player moved to Byåsen, where she was retrained for county player. With Byåsen the right-handed in 2007 was final of the European Cup Winners' Cup, failed there, however, the Romanian representative CS Oltchim Ramnicu Valcea. In summer 2010 Frajord joined the Danish top club Viborg HK.

Frafjord completed so far 172 appearances for the Norwegian selection. Together with the Norwegian team won in 2006, 2008 and 2010 European Championship. At the World Cup in France in 2007, she was Vice World Champion. A year later she won at the Olympic Games gold medal. It belonged to the squad of their national federation in the 2009 World Cup in China. At the 2011 World Championships, she won the world title. In summer 2012 Frafjord again took part in the Olympic Games in London, where she again won the gold medal.
