Marit Mikkelsplass

Marit Mikkel Plass ( born February 22, 1965 in Oslo as Marit Wold ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier.

She won the silver medal in the 30 km and silver in the relay at the 1988 Games in Calgary and 1998 in Nagano at the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo. They also took another silver medal with the Norwegian relay at the World Championships in 1995 and 1997. In single still managed a bronze medal over 30 km at the 1997 World Cup.

She is the wife of the cross-country skier Pål Gunnar Mikkel Plass, and sister of cross-country skier Eilif Kristen Mikkel Plass and biathlete Hildegunn Fossen - Mikkel Plass.
