Mariya Ryemyen

Marija Rjemjen (Ukrainian Марія Рємєнь, English transcription Mariya Ryemyen, . Born August 2, 1987) is a Ukrainian sprinter.

In 2010 she reached at the World Indoor Championships in Doha the semi-finals on 60 m and was Ukrainian champion in the 200 m. At the European Championships in Barcelona, she was fifth on 100 m and won with the Ukrainian team in the cast Olesja Powch, Natalija Pohrebnjak, Rjemjen and Elizabeth Bryshina the gold medal in the 4 x 100 - meter relay.

At the European Indoor Championships in 2011, she won more than 60 meters behind her compatriot Olesja Powch the silver medal. At the world championships in the same year she was with the Ukrainian season third parties. In 2012 she won the European Championships in Helsinki the title over 200 meters. At the Olympic Games shortly after they finished third with the Ukrainian season in a new national record.
