Marjo

Marjo ( born August 2, 1953 in Montreal; actually Marjolène Morin ) is a French-Canadian rock singer and composer.

Marjo is the second oldest of seven children. Your first steps in singing makes Marjo that works up to that point as a model in 1975 in the musical comedy Tout chaud by François Guy. In 1979, she joins the group Corbeau, making it the first female singer in a rock band Québec. 1984 decide Marjo and Jean Millaire that are now a couple, to leave the group, which ultimately means the end of the group Corbeau. 1986 appears Celle qui va their first album, which is a great success. After the rock songs in the 1980s, she sings increasingly ballads.
