Mark Buehrle

Mark Buehrle ( born March 23, 1979 in Saint Charles, Missouri) is an American professional baseball player. He plays in the 2012 season in the North American professional league MLB at the Miami Marlins.

Buehrle was gedrafted of the Chicago White Sox in 1998. His debut with the Chicago White Sox, he gave in the 2000 season. Since 2001 he has been a starting pitcher to the rotation of the team with more than 30 starts per year. For the first time in 2002 and then 2005, 2006 and 2009 he took part for the American League at the All-Star Game.

His first no-hitter tossed Buehrle on 18 April 2007 against the Texas Rangers. On July 23, 2009, he succeeded in a home game against the Tampa Bay Rays a Perfect Game, which is rarely achieved in baseball. In the same year he also won his first Gold Glove, an award for outstanding defensive performance. Since 2012, Buehrle is active for the Miami Marlins.
