Mark Evans (musician)
Mark Whitmore Evans ( born March 2, 1956 in Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian bassist and was from 1975 to 1977 a member of the hard rock band AC / DC.
Career
Evans was born in 1975 through a newspaper advertisement for AC / DC and played from then on for a period of three albums, the bass guitar. In 1977, he then rose again and made room for Cliff Williams. His first concert had Evans on April 1, 1976 in Australia, probably his last on April 29, 1977 in Offenbach Stadthalle ( Germany ).
Its time for AC / DC
Within the band Evans was often called the " Sandman" because he had the habit of falling asleep immediately on the tour bus after a gig. Friendly relationship within the band he was with Phil Rudd and Bon Scott.
