Mark Everett (athlete)

Mark Everett ( David Mark Everett, born September 2, 1968 in Bagdad, Florida ) is a former American sprinter and middle-distance runner, who was successful in both the 800 -meter run as well as in the 4 x 400 - meter relay.

In 1988, he retired at the Olympic Games in Seoul in the flow.

In 1991 he won the bronze medal at the World Championships in Tokyo. The following year he arrived at the Olympic Games in Barcelona in the final, but did not reach the target in this. In 1993 he won at the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Toronto in 1993 with the U.S. relay teams in the 4 x 400 - meter relay and in the demonstration contest the 1600 meter relay and reached at the World Championships in Stuttgart the semifinals.
