Mark Morrison

Mark " The Mack " Morrison ( May 3, 1972 in Hannover ) is a British musician. His biggest hit was "Return of the Mack ".

Life

Morrison grew up in Leicester. His first professional recording was made in 1995, after having served the three months' imprisonment. There was also his decision to become a singer. His first release was "Crazy" (Spring 1995). The single entered the UK Top 20 in the summer followed by " Let's get down" that came in the top 40. "Return of the Mack " came out in spring 1996 and became the first # 1 single of a male, British, black solo artist in the 1990s. The singles " Trippin ", " Horny" and " Moan and Groan ", all from the album "Crazy " reached in the summer of 1996, entered the top 10, Morrison was nominated for four Brit Awards, did not win, but made his appearance on Noticed by ( not guilty ) was wearing a black cap bearing the imprint " Not Guilty ".

Morrison was accused of several crimes. In 1997 he had for three months in jail because he wanted to smuggle a stun gun on a plane. At the same time his single " Return of the Mack " rose to # 2 on the U.S. charts. In 2004, he was falsely accused of rape.

"Return of the Mack " in 2005 was the title song of a commercial for the Ford Explorer in the year.
