Mark Owen
Mark Anthony Patrick Owen ( born January 27, 1972 in Oldham, Lancashire ) is a British singer. He is a member of the band was founded in 1990 Take That.
Life
Mark Anthony Patrick Owen was born on 27 January 1972 in Oldham, near Manchester in England. His parents are Mary Frances and Keith Owen. He has two siblings, his sister Tracey and his brother Daniel. As a child he dreamed of becoming a professional soccer player and was even talent scouts from Manchester City in the eye, had this dream but due to an injury to give up. However, Owen proved at least as large as a child singing and entertainer, by, most imitated with his family as an audience, stars like Elvis and got a lot of applause for that.
In 1990, Mark Owen member of the founded by Nigel Martin- Smith band Take That. It quickly became clear that Owen was with the fans one of the most popular " Thatter ", proving also the No. 1 success of the title sung by him Babe (Album Everything Changes by Take That). However, Owen got up to the separation in 1996, only one more chance to make their mark as the lead singer, with the song The Day After Tomorrow on the time last studio album from Take That Nobody Else.
After Take That had dissolved on 13 February 1996 Mark Owen published a solo album titled Green Man, from which the quite successful extractions Child, Clementine and I Am What I Am emerged. Then it was quiet for Mark Owen. 2003 came with In Your Own Time the second studio album by singer and songwriter on the market. Owen also attended the English Celebrity Big Brother sensation, which he then left as the winner. After his record company dissolved the record deal, he founded his own label " Sedna Records Ltd ", under which he published in 2005 his third album, How the Mighty case, produced in Los Angeles. For this album the title Believe Hail Mary and Makin 'Out were released in the Boogie. Also in 2005, Owen has toured through several European countries, including Great Britain, Italy and twice by Germany. After almost ten years of separation, then the reunion of Take That in 2006 was announced.
He and his wife Emma Ferguson (actress ), he has three children. Her son Elwood Jack was born on 16 August 2006, her daughter Willow Rose on 25 November 2008 and her daughter Fox India on 24 July 2012.
Owen made headlines in early 2010 when his Exgeliebte Neva Hanley told the press of his extramarital affairs and alcohol problems. Owen then made a withdrawal. On a short time later released Take That album Progress processed Owen his marital problems in the song What Do You Want from Me
In June 2013 appeared Owens fourth solo album The Art of Doing Nothing. The song Stars was as first single.
