Mark Volman

Mark Volman ( born April 19, 1947 in Los Angeles, California) is an American rock musician who is primarily known as a singer. The mid-1960s, he and Howard Kaylan the bubblegum pop group The Turtles, which at that time countless Top Ten hits (Happy Together, Elenore, and It Is not Me, Babe ) and had enjoyed world fame.

Life and work

Volman spent his childhood in the town of Westchester in Los Angeles. At school he met the same age Howard Kaylan know. In 1965 he joined the band "The Night Riders ". From the night riders soon became the group " Crossfire " on the turn, a well-known disc jockey was attentive, who took over their management immediately. The Turtles broke apart in 1970.
