Marko Bezjak ( born June 26, 1986 in Ptuj ) is a Slovenian handball player.

Career

Marko Bezjak played in Slovenia, the RK Jeruzalem Ormoz and later at Gorenje Velenje. With Velenje he won the 2009, 2012 and 2013, the Slovenian Championship and played several times in the EHF Champions League and EHF Cup. For the 2013/14 season the 1.84 meter back player moved to German Bundesliga club SC Magdeburg, where he signed a two-year contract.

Bezjak part of the team of the Slovenian national team, with whom he took part in the 2012 European Championship in Serbia and at the 2013 World Cup in Spain.
