Markus Boysen

Markus Boysen ( born September 3, 1954 in Hanover ) is a German actor.

Life

Markus Boysen is the son of stage actor Rolf Boysen and brother of the director and stage designer Peer Boysen. He received his acting training at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Hamburg. His first television role he took over in 1977 in Wolfgang Petersen's legendary Tatort episode Reifezeugnis, where he played the slain of Nastassja Kinski Tatopfer.

Boysen acts primarily as a stage actor and was among others on the following platforms: Schauspielhaus Bochum, drama Frankfurt Schauspielhaus Dusseldorf, Deutsche Schauspielhaus Hamburg, Deutsches Theater Berlin, Bavarian State Theatre in Munich, Vienna Burgtheater, the Thalia Theater Hamburg and Munich Studio Theater. In addition, he was always in television series such as Derrick, The Old Man, the Chancellery and the scene in front of the camera, but also embodied roles in television and feature films.
