Markus Eggler

Markus Eggler ( born January 22, 1969 in Thun), called Kusi, is a Swiss curling athletes.

By profession is Markus Eggler marketing planners and managers. But his main interest is and was the Curling sport. He was one of the best curler in the early 1990s and was with his team from Biel / Bienne- Touring 1992 Skip world champion. In the late 1990s he was with his team no longer quite so successful and joined the team of Andreas Schwaller. He played again in the frontend. In this constellation, he won in 2002 in Salt Lake City an Olympic medal (bronze). After he had paused in the 2005/06 season, he looked for a new challenge and was reunited with Ralph Stöckli Skip 2007 Swiss champion. At the Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver in 2010, he won a bronze medal.

Markus Eggler lives in Munich stone. His sporting achievements are broken down as follows:
