Markus Feldhoff
Markus field Hoff ( born August 29, 1974 in Oberhausen ) is a German football coach and former football player. Since the 2009/10 season, he is an assistant coach of Cottbus.

Field Hoff began his career in the youth sports friends Königshardt, which he reached 05 Uerdingen to Bayer. In the season 1992/93 he was 21 on game day, March 13, 1993 his debut in the Bundesliga. In the 1-3 defeat to Borussia Moenchengladbach striker came on in the 63rd minute for Thomas Adler. By the end of the season field Hoff came up four more games. In Leverkusen field Hoff had to contend with well-known competitors such as Ulf Kirsten, Paulo Sérgio and Rudi Völler for a starting berth. Although he came in 33 encounters to use, as much as any other Bayer - fielder, but was only a substitute 28 times. The following year, field Hoff scored eight goals this season, his best goal tally in the Bundesliga, but usually stood in the shadow of Sergio and scorer Kirsten. Remarkable in this season was a hat-trick in a 5-2 success on matchday 21 against FC Bayern Munich. 1996/97 was celebrated the Vice - Championship, the best finish in field Hoffs playing career. After a regular season in 1997/98, the striker went to Borussia Moenchengladbach and after a year on to VfL Wolfsburg. After he still played 18 Bundesliga games for the Wolves 1999/ 00, he had 2000/ 01 only held the audience role and came to no use. The following year, he completed early in the season two games before we gave him in December at Energie Cottbus. In recent months, field Hoff had always struggled with injuries. The former professional footballer, was about to end his career after injury problems and sporting disappointment when it coach Claus -Dieter Wollitz persuaded a change to KFC Uerdingen 05, 2003. There field Hoff came back regularly to the course, made in eight games but also two dismissals. The following year, the striker was top scorer with 22 League and thus achieved almost half of the total goals of his team. Finally he followed Wollitz to VfL Osnabrück and was able to celebrate promotion to the second division with the club in 2007. He no longer was used. On 26 October 2007 field Hoff played his last game for the reserve team VfL.

For the German U -21 field Hoff played in 13 games, scoring five goals.

Coaching career
In December 2006, field Hoff took over as coach in the country division Dinslakener TV Jahn Hiesfeld, but he could not save them from relegation in the district league. Immediately before the start of season 2007/ 08 he decided to give up the post again, in order to concentrate after a long injury break again fully on his active career. In January 2008, however, he had to end his career as a professional football player due to re- injury in the knee. In the 2008 /09 season he was coach of the SSVg Velbert, but resigned in October 2008 from his office.
From December 2008 Field Hoff in 2010 was an assistant coach at VfL Osnabrück as part of a placement contract with a term until 30 June.
Since the 2009/10 season, he is an assistant coach at Energie Cottbus. He was followed by Claus -Dieter Wollitz from Osnabrueck to Cottbus and ended prematurely the employment relationship with the VfL . As of December 8, 2011 took over as interim coach field Hoff 's team Energie Cottbus after the resignation of Claus -Dieter Wollitz.
